Our SPORT ATHLETE performance programs ensure that athletes are ready for their fall seasons while also focusing on long term youth development.

YOUTH SPORT ATHLETE 


Youth Sport Athlete begins usually around 10-12 years old.   
Many are just getting started with training with a lot of learning taking place.
 All athletes are encouraged to develop and learn at their own rate.

SPEED AND AGILITY

Speed and Agility (12 and over) group training  is dedicated to just that!  
This is designed to go along with SPORT ATHLETE or for those who have to train in their school's weightlifting program.









This class focuses on:
-acceleration,
-linear speed
-change of direction (agility), 
-multidirectional movement
-footwork and reactivity,
-plyometrics.  



Youth Speed and Agility ( 9-11)


Youth Speed and Agility group training  is designed for the younger athlete.
This is a dynamic movement based class that mixes in gameplay for an action packed session.  This is designed to go with YOUTH SPORT ATHLETE. 











This class focuses on:

 -multidirectional movement

FUNdamentals








This energetic class is often our most popular!  
Our movement based curriculum challenges youth while developing all their basic sensory needs.  
This program sets the foundation for later stages of youth development and a lifetime of proper movement and physical education.
Game play is also utilized in a positive and fun environment.
